Welcome to Arabella's Shop ("we", "our", or "us"). This website and online store are powered by Shopify. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, the policies linked below and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Our store

2. Product information

We aim to provide clear descriptions, photographs, options, size and specifications; however, screen color differences, manufacturer specifications and measuring methods can cause variations. Confirm compatibility, sizes, product ingredients and safety instructions before purchase. We may update product availability, descriptions or prices prospectively and correct genuine errors.

3. Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and receiving an automated confirmation is acknowledgment of receipt. We may verify, decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a genuine pricing error, subject to law. When an order or item is canceled after payment, we will provide any applicable refund. The final checkout shows currency, item prices, taxes, shipping charges and any other relevant amounts before purchase. Payments are handled through Shopify and available payment providers.

4. Fulfillment, shipping and delays

Available delivery locations, shipping methods, rates and estimates are determined by product and delivery address at checkout. Merchandise from multiple fulfillment partners may ship separately. Please review the Shipping & Delivery Policy. We honor applicable rules governing dispatch, delays, cancellation and refunds.

5. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Most eligible goods may be returned when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to condition requirements and stated exceptions. Please review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. Nothing here limits mandatory rights for defective, undelivered or misdescribed goods.

6. Discount offers and promotional pricing

The current code ARABELLA10 provides 10% off eligible merchandise under the discount settings displayed at checkout. It does not stack with other order, product or shipping discounts, and has no announced expiration at present. Read our Discount & Promotions Policy for offer rules and restrictions.

7. Customer account and acceptable use

Provide accurate order and shipping information; protect your account and authentication credentials. You may not use the store to commit fraud, interfere with security, violate laws or infringe others' intellectual-property rights. We may restrict improper use as permitted by law.

8. Customer privacy and marketing

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, retained and disclosed, including any available privacy choices. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules. Review the separate privacy policy for full details.

9. Intellectual property and third parties

Store branding, original visual elements and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not republish them commercially without permission. Third-party payment, delivery or other services may be subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted technical availability of the store. No provision limits or excludes rights, liabilities or remedies that cannot be limited by law, including statutory protections for defective, incorrect or unfulfilled orders.

These terms are interpreted under applicable U.S. and New York law, while respecting mandatory protections in customers' jurisdictions. We may update posted terms for future use. Updates will not retroactively take away rights under completed purchases.
