Welcome to the Arabella's Shop Discount & Promotions Policy. This page explains how promotional codes, sale prices, limited-time offers and coupon terms work. The terms shown at checkout and any clearly advertised offer-specific conditions determine whether a promotion applies.

ARABELLA10 — 10% off

Our current ARABELLA10 coupon offers 10% off the merchandise/order subtotal, as reflected in checkout. It is active and does not have an announced expiration date or stated minimum-purchase amount at present. It may be used on eligible orders under the store's current discount settings. Enter ARABELLA10 in the discount code field at checkout and confirm that the discount appears before completing payment.

Combining discounts

ARABELLA10 cannot be combined with other order, product or shipping discounts. Where multiple promotions might apply, the checkout will determine which one can be used. Discount codes generally do not apply to taxes, shipping charges, duties or other fees unless a particular promotion explicitly says they do.

Sale products and exclusions

Products may have promotional or compare-at pricing. A sale price and a discount code are different kinds of offers. Any specifically disclosed item or promotion restrictions will be shown in the relevant offer or checkout. We do not promise that additional discounts can be stacked on a sale or clearance item. Promotions apply only to items accepted as eligible by checkout, and no cash is paid in exchange for an unused coupon.

Returns of discounted purchases

Discounted items generally follow our Return & Refund Policy unless they were clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase. Approved refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts, not on the original advertised price. Shipping fees, taxes and other charges are handled in accordance with the relevant policies and applicable law.

Promotion changes, mistakes and abuse

We may adjust or discontinue promotions prospectively or correct genuine advertising/technical errors, subject to applicable consumer-protection law and rights under already completed orders. Promotional offers are not cash, cannot be redeemed retroactively except where explicitly stated, and cannot be transferred, sold or used fraudulently. If checkout does not accept a code, contact us before ordering so we can investigate.
